Responsibilities

• Monitor Slack for new deal workshopping requests from brokers.
• Review deal breakdowns, bank statement analysis and client information.
• Enter deal details into lender quoting and assessment platforms.
• Review indicative lender outcomes, including serviceability and pricing.
• Prepare concise deal summaries and email lender BDMs as required.
• Consolidate lender responses into clear summaries for brokers.
• Track deals and follow up to ensure same-day turnaround.
• Maintain accurate workshopping records and update Lend and GoHighLevel.
• Respond to broker status queries and flag delays or issues.
• Adapt to new lender platforms and support process improvements.
