Job summary

Carepatron is seeking a Credentialing Lead to build and run the credentialing and payer enrollment function within our RCM team. You will own applications, follow-ups, payer relationships, tracking, and team development, working closely with our Head of Customer Success and cross-functional teams from the Philippines on a fixed US-hours schedule.

You will hire and lead credentialing specialists, create playbooks and templates, and drive metrics like time-to-in-network and first-pass acceptance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in US provider credentialing and payer enrollment.
• 2+ years leading a team or owning the function.
• Experience with CAQH ProView, NPPES, PECOS, and state Medicaid portals.
• Multi-state experience across Medicaid and commercial payers.
• Strong communication in English; comfortable on calls with payers and clients.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own credentialing and payer enrollment end to end for new clients, including applications, follow-ups, and tracking.
• Recruit, train, and lead a small credentialing team with clear SLAs and accountability.
• Develop credentialing playbooks, templates, and a live tracker for client visibility.
• Collaborate with onboarding, customer success, and product teams to automate workflows and integrate credentialing into the Carepatron platform.
