Job summary

My Amazon Guy is hiring a Creative Generalist who blends design and video editing to produce assets for paid media, landing pages, and brand communications. This remote role supports 2–3 DTC brands and requires balancing aesthetics with performance goals.

You’ll handle lightweight coding for layouts, Shopify content, and basic HTML/CSS tweaks while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines with remote teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of graphic design and video editing for digital marketing.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience creating high-converting static and motion ads for Meta, TikTok, or Google.
• Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and brand consistency.
• Able to follow creative briefs, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate with remote teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility across static design, motion, and video editing.

Responsibilities

• Design and edit banners, carousels, GIFs, and video ads for Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
• Craft compelling UGC ad edits with hooks, on-brand CTAs, dynamic captions, jump cuts, transitions, and subtitles.
• Create and repurpose social proof assets for paid ads and organic content.
• Produce email headers, promotional visuals, and SMS campaign assets reinforcing brand identity.
• Design reviews, influencer call outs, and customer testimonials into digestible creatives.
• Build static and motion creatives tailored to platform-specific best practices.
• Balance visual design with performance marketing needs to support ROAS and CAC.
• Maintain brand consistency across formats and placements.
• Collaborate with media buyers and brand managers to meet deadlines and goals.
• Stay up-to-date on creative trends and what’s performing across DTC brands.
• Manage Shopify content updates and product visuals across sites.
• Perform light coding for layout refinements and simple animations.
• Combine creative design and technical implementation to streamline production.
