Cube Care is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote CPA to manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights that drive smarter business decisions. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and is critical to the company’s financial health and long-term growth.

You will collaborate with tax experts, oversee daily reconciliations, and help maintain accurate financial statements from a remote environment, while adhering to GAAP and US accounting practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a CPA.
• Understanding of GAAP.
• Experience with US accounting systems preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting applications and financial statements.
• Independent, proactive, can learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and organize financial records.
• Perform audits for accuracy of documents, expenditures, investments.
• Daily reconciliation of accounts (credit cards, banks, cash, payables/receivables).
• Setup financial accounts as needed.
• Oversee ledger reconciliation and vendor accounts.
• Coordinate with tax accountants for payments and returns.
• Monitor bookkeeping activities.
• Keep financial information confidential.
• Inventory and China purchase management.
