Helpstar is seeking a data-driven Conversion Specialist to own and optimize landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and website experiences to boost conversions and engagement. This remote role is ideal for someone with CRO, UX, and content testing expertise.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or CRO role.
Proven experience optimizing landing pages, email marketing, and web content.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mautic, Thrive or similar platforms.
Excellent copywriting and editing with a sharp eye for design and UX.
Strong analytics mindset, data-driven.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Based in the Philippines; remote work setup.

Responsibilities

Design, test, and optimize landing pages to improve lead generation and ROI.
Write and refine email campaigns and automated flows to boost opens, CTR, and conversions.
Maintain and enhance newsletters to be engaging and on-brand.
Monitor website performance and suggest UX/conversion improvements.
A/B test headlines, CTAs, layouts, and content across channels.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams.
Report on key metrics to inform content and design strategies.
