Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Contracts Specialist in Manila to support procurement lifecycle from intake to execution. You will coordinate contract reviews, redline, and negotiations across NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS, data privacy, and licensing agreements, liaising with in-house counsel and vendors.

This remote role serves US clients during CST business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM). You will report to the BOS Contracts Team and partner with project teams to ensure compliant, timely documentation and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years contract coordination and review experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; proactive and detail-oriented.
• Experience processing NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, SaaS, data privacy, and licensing.
• Experience redlining contracts independently or with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Track procurement lifecycle from intake to execution.
• Assess intake information and triage requests to the proper resource.
• Support contract redlining and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Apply playbook standards to review, redline, and edit commercial language.
• Highlight options to resolve negotiation roadblocks under US frameworks.
• Liaise with in-house counsel, stakeholders, vendors, and procurement.
• Facilitate negotiations and report progress to stakeholders.
• Communicate contractual risks highlighted in documents.
• Manage pipeline of requests and assist with reports and updates.
• Support vendor governance and risk management.
