Job summary

Magic, Inc is looking for a Creative Content Production Assistant to work remotely on a freelance basis. You will turn talks, interviews, quotes, and visuals from our content library into daily social posts, thumbnails, captions, and newsletter content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and email.

You’ll own the end-to-end content engine with minimal guidance, collaborating with founders and senior stakeholders to keep the brand story alive at high volume while upholding strong editorial

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on content production experience across social content, short-form video, creative assets, copywriting, and newsletters.
• Strong editorial judgment with ability to identify compelling stories from long-form content.
• Hands-on short-form video editing and social-first creative production experience.
• Comfort with AI content tools (e.g., Claude, Descript, CapCut, Canva).
• Independently produce content at high volume while improving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create and QC short-form video clips, graphics, thumbnails, and other assets.
• Write captions, posts, and newsletter content in a clear, human voice.
• Publish daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and email.
• Build templates, naming conventions, and production workflows.
• Monitor engagement and continuously improve the content production process.
