Job summary

ProSource is seeking a meticulous Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our remote-friendly team. You will analyze millions of monthly transactions, perform CDD/AML checks, and support escalation, documentation, and audits to strengthen our financial crime program.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, prepare clear risk assessment summaries, and help implement robust screening across onboarding, sanctions, PEP, and adverse media checks.

Qualifications

• Experience performing KYC/CDD activities in financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Familiarity with AML/CTF concepts, including customer identification, beneficial ownership, PEP and sanctions screening, and risk-based approaches.
• Experience in client risk assessment processes, including credit risk, fraud risk, or similar operational risk factors.
• Comfortable working with onboarding platforms, screening tools, and CRM systems.
• Experience in an Australian-regulated financial services environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong English language proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Client risk assessment & CDD execution end-to-end.
• Conduct risk-based assessments of new and existing clients.
• Perform sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening; document results.
• Prepare risk assessment summaries for management review.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Support other areas of the Financial Crime Program as needed.
