Job summary

Multiplymii LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator to support project estimating and quantity takeoff activities for commercial construction projects from a fully remote setup in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate will interpret construction drawings, perform precise takeoffs, extract data, and deliver outputs within established timelines while maintaining clear communication with the estimating manager. Onboarding starts with smaller projects, progressing to larger assignments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Proficient in quantity takeoffs from commercial drawings.
• Experience with PlanSwift or similar estimating software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, and scopes of work.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Reliable remote work setup with stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial construction plans, drawings, specs, and documents.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift or similar software.
• Extract and organize project measurement data for estimating.
• Interpret project scope to ensure complete takeoffs.
• Communicate proactively on requirements, workload, and timelines.
• Deliver takeoffs and estimates within deadlines.
• Collaborate with estimating manager to resolve discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs and QA processes.
• Maintain high accuracy across deliverables.
• Support process improvements and documentation.
