Job summary

Rho is seeking an Associate Clinical Team Lead (ACTL) to join our remote team with occasional travel to sites and client meetings. You will support the CTL in managing clinical operations and provide direction and training to CRAs, ensuring study plans align with ICH/GCP and regulatory standards.

You will oversee CRA/site performance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive quality assurance, budget tracking, and operational risk mitigation across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science and 3 years CRO/pharma experience, with 2 years on-site monitoring.
• Proven leadership in CRO/pharma settings.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with clinical trial management software and EDC.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end clinical execution support to CTLs.
• Monitor recruitment, study metrics, and documentation activities.
• Ensure sites comply with ICH-GCP and regulations.
• Collaborate with data management, regulatory, and safety teams.
• Support development of timelines, budgets, and resourcing.
• Assist training and onboarding of CRAs.
• Contribute to risk identification and mitigation.
