Job summary

Rho Inc is hiring an Associate Clinical Team Lead to oversee clinical operations on complex projects. You will support CTLs, guide CRAs, ensure trial conduct complies with ICH-GCP and regulations, and help with site performance and budgets.

Remote role with occasional travel for site visits and client meetings. Candidates should have a life science degree and 3+ years in CRO/pharma, plus leadership experience and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field and 3+ years in clinical research within CRO/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead teams.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets and multi-site studies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to CTLs in end-to-end clinical execution, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations.
• Track recruitment, study metrics, monitoring, and documentation activities.
• Collaborate with data management, regulatory, and safety teams to deliver study outcomes.
• Assist with CRA training, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Support quality assurance and compliance activities across sites.
