Job summary

Indero is seeking a Clinical Data Coder to support coding of clinical data for ongoing studies and to participate in data management tasks ensuring accurate, clear, and secure data capture. You will code medical terms and medications, validate coding setups, and contribute to data review and clarifications in a regulated, SOP-driven environment.

The role requires a life sciences or related degree, strong English communication, and experience with clinical trials or pharmaceutical data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or educational equivalence in pharmacy, life sciences or related field or medical/nursing qualification with 2 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of Medical Terminology and coding dictionaries (MedDRA, WHODD).
• Experience with clinical trials/pharmaceutical environment and query management.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Code clinical data using MedDRA, WHODD and company standards.
• Coordinate dictionaries and update coding guidelines.
• Review data, perform data clarifications, and generate coding reports.
• Test databases and provide input to data management plans.
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation and collaborate with the DM team.
