Job summary

Indero is seeking a Clinical Data Manager who will participate in various data management activities to ensure accurate and secure data across multiple dermatology-focused trials. The role emphasizes collaboration with a mid-sized CRO and regular interaction with project teams, sponsors, and external vendors.

You will develop eCRF specifications, program and validate databases, train site users, and oversee data transfers with external providers.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. or related field; MSc is asset.
• Excellent understanding of drug development process and applicable regulations (GCP, ICH, FDA/Health Canada).
• Extensive experience with EDC systems and database structures, including programming.
• Knowledge of CDISC SDTM and CDASH standards.
• Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and multitask.
• Knowledge of MedDRA and WHODrug dictionaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide general data management support to project team, sponsor and vendors.
• Develop eCRF specifications and data capture screens for study databases/EDC.
• Program and maintain clinical databases; perform UAT and database validation.
• Create eCRF completion guidelines and training materials; train site users/monitors.
• Develop data transfer agreements with external data providers; reconcile external data with EDC.
• Support study teams on external systems like ePRO or IWRS and document data transfer requirements.
• Develop DMPs and other data management documentation; ensure TMF completeness.
• Monitor data status and generate listings/reports for database close/lock.
• Oversee vendor work for outsourced activities; ensure compliance with SOPs.
