Job summary

E-team Workforce Private Corporation is seeking a Level 3 Claude AI Implementation Specialist to lead AI adoption and automation across MSP and enterprise environments. You will uncover business problems, design and build solutions, train users, and drive adoption in a highly technical, customer-facing role.

You will manage end-to-end Claude implementations, create playbooks, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Claude skills with verifiable projects: GitHub repos, live agents, automations or micro-SaaS.
• Ability to explain what you built, how you built it, and what improved.
• Experience delivering production automation workflows at senior level.
• Proven track record troubleshooting automations you didn’t originally build.
• Strong understanding of AI-powered workflow automation.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Claude rollout and implementation projects across multiple environments.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks and standards.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify high-value AI use cases.
• Conduct discovery and SWOT sessions to identify opportunities and risks.
• Design Claude implementations covering use cases, AI workflows, projects, integrations, governance, and user enablement.
• Configure solutions around each organization's processes and requirements.
• Establish standards for AI governance, security, licensing, integrations, and supportability.
• Work with vendors and technical teams to ensure reliable AI integrations.
