Formación

• Proven experience drafting residential site plans using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Ability to research GIS parcel data, aerial imagery, and property records.
• Understanding of property boundaries, setbacks, and site plan conventions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written English for client communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong time-management to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• GIS Data Research: Research parcel boundaries, property dimensions, imagery, and topo data from U.S. sources.
• Site Plan Drafting: Prepare residential site plans in Autodesk Civil 3D with property lines, structures, setbacks, and contours.
• Client Coordination: Review client information, clarify requirements, and communicate deliverables professionally.
• Revisions: Implement client and municipal comments with accuracy.
• Timely Delivery: Manage projects to meet a 24-hour turnaround when possible.
• Quality Control: Verify drawings and PDFs before submission.
