Job summary

Staff Domain, Inc. is seeking a proactive Civil Designer to deliver accurate drafting, design, and technical documentation for private development projects.

The role supports an offshore onshore engineering team and emphasizes strong AutoCAD skills, Civil 3D exposure, and attention to detail. The position is full-time, WFH with Philippine-based work hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM local time equivalents) and requires the ability to manage multiple deliverables independently while maintaining quality and

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD proficiency.
• Civil works project experience including stormwater.
• Ability to prepare drafting/design drawings and specifications across Earthworks and road design.
• Exposure to Civil 3D is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Confirm project scope of work and client requirements.
• Review project data requirements early to minimise delays.
• Convert project concepts into technical civil plans and documentation.
• Prepare concept and detailed civil design drawings, reports, and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with Civil Works Engineers’ Business Management Systems.
• Comply with environmental and WH&S requirements.
• Support project efficiency through proactive communication and quality-focused workflows.
