• Experience as a technical designer or drafter in furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out.
• Proficient in CET software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit or equivalent) producing 2D and 3D outputs.
• Strong 3D visualization, rendering, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and joinery techniques.
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.
• Ability to juggle multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Profile Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a technical designer or drafter, ideally within the commercial furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out industry.
• High-level proficiency in CET software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or equivalent), with the ability to produce both 2D and 3D technical outputs.
• Strong 3D visualization, rendering, and presentation skills to communicate design concepts effectively to both clients and internal teams.
• Solid understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, materials, joinery techniques, and construction methods used in commercial applications.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate and address technical issues before production.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and external partners.

• Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and internal company quality guidelines.
• Provide technical support during prototyping, testing, and production stages to resolve design or construction challenges.
• Liaise with suppliers and fabricators to verify materials, finishes, hardware, and construction methods are suitable for each project.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date design files, documentation, and version control to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects.
