Job summary
Jobs360 is seeking a seasoned Technical Carpentry & Production Manager to lead custom millwork projects from drafting to installation. The role combines hands-on carpentry expertise with remote project coordination, overseeing CNC workflows, shop drawings, and production teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cabinetry, site measurements, and joinery, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards across all stages.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years hands-on carpentry, cabinetry, site measurements, installation and joinery.
- Ability to read, interpret, and redline architectural blueprints, shop drawings, and structural details.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; capable of guiding technical and production teams.
Responsibilities
- Technical Oversight & Project Management: review drawings, cutting lists, joinery details for accuracy and buildability.
- Team Leadership & Communication: guide draftsmen and production staff; resolve bottlenecks and communicate requirements.
- Site & Installation Coordination: evaluate site measurements and installation conditions; ensure fitment tolerances.
- CNC & Manufacturing Integration: oversee CNC workflows, nested routing, material utilization; minimize waste.
- Quality Control: ensure compliance with millwork specs, material standards, timelines.
- Coordinate technical requirements from drafting through manufacturing, assembly, and final installation.
