Job summary

Abby Care is expanding its Care Operations team to ensure every patient encounter is accurately documented and every eligible service is billed promptly. We are seeking a Care Operations Associate – Pre-Billing/RCM Support to support clinical documentation workflows and submission to Medicaid and Medicare.

You will review EVV, F2F, and Plan of Care documentation, submit for payer review, track statuses, and help resolve denials while driving process improvements across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare revenue cycle related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
• Experience with home health, home care, or community-based healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review EVV, F2F, and Plan of Care documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Submit EVV and related docs via payer portals and track status.
• Investigate billing issues and denials; prepare corrections or escalations.
• Maintain accurate documentation status and follow-up records across patients and payors.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and RCM teams to resolve blockers.
