Job summary

InteLogix in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a Capacity Planner to develop long-term forecasts for volume and workload, spanning 3–18 months. The role translates forecasts into headcount plans, ramp schedules and hiring needs for a busy contact center.

You will model scenarios for attrition, seasonality and growth, maintain capacity models and collaborate with Finance and Recruitment on budgets and staffing. Strong Excel modelling and SQL/BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in capacity planning or forecasting or similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of contact center metrics (Erlang, shrinkage, occupancy).
• Excellent statistical and Excel modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce long-term forecasts (weekly/monthly to 3–18 months) for volume and workload.
• Convert forecasts into FTE requirements, hiring plans and ramp schedules.
• Model scenarios for attrition, shrinkage, seasonality and business growth.
• Maintain capacity models and track forecast accuracy vs. actuals.
• Partner with Finance and Recruitment on budget, headcount and ramp.
• Recommend actions to close over- and under-capacity gaps.
