Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. is seeking a CAD Technician to turn architectural concepts into precise working drawings for commercial fit-out and joinery projects.

You will produce detailed AutoCAD drawings and coordinate with designers, workshop, and site teams to ensure accuracy and producibility. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong English communication, and ability to manage multiple drawing packages to tight deadlines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, Drafting Technology or related discipline.
• Experience as CAD Technician / Draftsperson or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAD software.
• Ability to interpret architectural/engineering documentation.
• Strong math skills and accuracy in dimensions and estimates.
• Identify design issues and develop practical drawing solutions.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with joinery/manufacturing drawings and site coordination.
• Knowledge of UK construction practices and safety requirements is a plus.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on workplace, retail, hospitality projects.

Mansioni

• Produce accurate, detailed, and scaled technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop concepts into detailed working drawings for fit-out and joinery.
• Prepare manufacturing, construction, and installation drawings and documentation.
• Modify drawings for design changes and site information.
• Prepare drawing packages for tender, approval, manufacture and site installation.
• Maintain drawing registers, revisions and project documentation.
• Coordinate with architects/designers to clarify intent and requirements.
• Resolve CAD/constructability challenges with the Design Team.
• Ensure compliance with industry, health and safety, and company standards.
• Manage multiple drawing packages and deadlines; respond to revisions promptly.
