Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled Drafter to join our carpentry and cabinet-making operations. This full-time role focuses on creating detailed 2D/3D drawings that guide production and ensure accuracy throughout the manufacturing process.

You will work with clients, designers, and project managers to translate requirements into precise CAD drawings, comply with codes and standards, and maintain organized drawing files. Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience or familiarity with carpentry/joinery or furniture manufacturing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for carpentry and cabinet-making projects using CAD software.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to translate requirements into accurate drawings.
• Create 2D and 3D drawings communicating design intent to production teams.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients and production staff.
• Maintain drawing files and documentation systems for project reference and archive.
• Provide technical support to production to clarify drawing specs and resolve design queries.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging drafting technologies.
