About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you'll take ownership of our core financial operations, ensuring accuracy across accounts, compliance with tax obligations, and smooth day-to-day bookkeeping processes. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) Perform bank and account reconciliations on a regular basis Process payroll accurately and on schedule Prepare and submit tax remittances Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online Growth Opportunities As the role evolves, responsibilities may expand to include: Preparing and issuing fixed quotes for clients Creating and managing purchase orders for vendors Supporting other administrative processes across the business

What We're Looking For Proven bookkeeping experience with strong knowledge of AR/AP, reconciliation, payroll, and tax remittances Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required) Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent organizational and communication skills

Work Setup Remote

• Hired staff is required to have a stable and reliable internet connection with at least 20MBPS for both download AND upload speed


• Must work Night Shift from 10PM to 7AM PHT
