Cc Agent, Inc. seeks an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to own the BigCommerce/B2B store launch and ongoing operations. You will manage large catalogs, complex variants, and integrations, ensuring data alignment and reliable order flow across systems.

The role requires hands-on technical comfort, strong organization, and the ability to work independently in US Central Time hours, with a focus on delivering a fully live store and seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with BigCommerce.
• Experience managing or launching B2B e-commerce websites.
• Experience managing large product catalogs with thousands of SKUs.
• Understanding of e-commerce operations (products, inventory, orders, checkout, shipping, payments).
• Experience integrating BigCommerce with inventory/ERP/order systems.
• Experience with e-commerce APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work U.S. Central Time hours.

Responsabilités

• Own the BigCommerce store and advance it to a fully live website.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot store functionality around launch.
• Manage products, categories, variants, pricing, and catalog data.
• Maintain a large B2B product catalog with thousands of SKUs.
• Handle complex product variants and configurations.
• Integrate BigCommerce with inventory management systems.
• Ensure data alignment across systems for SKUs, pricing, and inventory.
• Monitor order flow from BigCommerce to inventory and back-comments.
• Manage shipping options and checkout logistics using third-party apps.
• Support payment gateway and checkout configuration.
• Use BigCommerce APIs for bulk updates.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve e-commerce workflows.
• Connect the e-commerce store to the company website and domain.
• Assist DNS/domain configuration related to the launch.
• Build or modify landing pages for categories or promotions.
• Make ongoing improvements based on business needs.
