Job summary

Ai2 Aim is seeking an Automation QA Engineer / Business Analyst for a part-time, remote role with a 6‑month contract. The position focuses on automation QA and AI testing while also supporting business analysis tasks.

You will design and execute automated tests for multiple modules, validate AI-enabled features, and collaborate with product teams in a remote setup. This role offers growth toward longer-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven automation QA experience in software projects.
• Experience with web-based applications and API testing is required.
• Ability to translate requirements into test criteria and automation scripts.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled features testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and suites.
• Develop automated regression, functional, integration, smoke, and end-to-end tests.
• Identify repetitive manual tests to automate and optimize coverage.
• Build and maintain a scalable automation framework.
• Execute tests across multiple environments and releases.
• Validate functionality, workflows, data processing, and system responses.
• Perform API testing and database validation.
• Document defects with steps, screenshots, and logs; collaborate with developers.
• Perform regression testing after fixes and new features.
• Maintain scripts as requirements evolve.
• Test AI-enabled features and validate prompt/workflow outputs.
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and QA planning.
