Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Interior Design Draftsperson / ArchiCAD Designer based in the Philippines to support interior and hospitality projects from concept through documentation.

You will work closely with the design team to produce accurate, buildable documentation and coordinate with consultants, while aligning with studio standards in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of architectural drafting experience in commercial, fitout, or interior architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Ability to produce complete, coordinated construction documentation sets independently.
• Thorough working knowledge of NCC/BCA and relevant Australian Standards for hospitality interiors.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage ArchiCAD drawings across Concept, CDC, DA/CC, Tender, Construction.
• Develop drawing sets for commercial fitout and interior architecture projects.
• Coordinate documentation with structural, services, and façade consultants.
• Prepare drawing registers, transmittals, and revision tracking.
• Review drawings for NCC/BCA compliance and local authority requirements.
• Maintain ArchiCAD project files, layer structures and templates.
