Job summary

Hunt St is seeking a skilled Interior Design Draftsperson / ArchiCAD Designer based in the Philippines to support interior and hospitality projects from concept through documentation. You will produce accurate ArchiCAD drawings, coordinate with the design team, and help deliver buildable, well-documented outcomes.

The role requires strong drafting ability, ArchiCAD expertise, and a keen eye for interior detailing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in architectural drafting in commercial/interior contexts.
• Advanced ArchiCAD proficiency.
• Ability to produce complete, coordinated construction documentation sets independently.
• Strong knowledge of NCC/BCA and Australian Standards for hospitality interiors.
• Experience coordinating documentation with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed ArchiCAD drawings across all project stages (Concept to Construction).
• Develop and maintain drawing sets for interior architecture and fitout projects.
• Ensure drawings comply with NCC/BCA and Australian Standards.
• Coordinate documentation with structural, services, and consultant teams.
• Prepare drawing registers, transmittals, and revision tracking.
• Identify gaps and resolve coordination issues with the project team.
