Cyberbacker Careers is seeking an Appointment Setter in the Philippines to engage, qualify, and schedule qualified appointments. You’ll rely on strong English communication, a customer‑centric mindset, and disciplined use of scripts to drive opportunities.

You will operate from a 100% work‑from‑home setup, coordinating with prospects and updating the CRM, while meeting daily quotas and maintaining high service standards.

Formación

• 1+ year of appointment-setting experience.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Comfortable making phone calls and following scripts.
• Strong customer service orientation and listening skills.

Responsabilidades

• Call the maximum number of leads to schedule appointments.
• Ensure immediate outreach during set hours (speed to lead).
• Qualify appointments based on criteria for readiness and fit.
• Conduct lead follow-ups and nurture until appointments are booked.
• Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospects.
