Private Advertiser is seeking a remote-call center candidate to drive outbound calls and present website services to small businesses in the US/Canada market.

You will handle inbound inquiries, set appointments with designers, and maintain professional, high-quality customer service throughout all interactions. This role starts with a base pay and performance bonuses in a remote, long-term position.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with appointment setting OR equivalent outbound calling experience.
• Ability to work from home with reliable internet, computer and headset.
• History of great teamwork and strong customer-handling skills.
• Willing to work USA business hours with occasional OT.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to small business owners using a dialing platform.
• Present and offer website services to potential clients.
• Handle inbound calls from interested prospects and schedule appointments with a web designer.
