Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Telemarketing Appointment Setter to contact homeowners and generate interest in premium water filtration and softening systems. The role requires outbound calling experience, strong logging discipline, and self-motivation to hit daily targets.

You will qualify prospects, book qualified in-home appointments on the GoHighLevel calendar, and follow up via phone, SMS, and email. This is a part-time, remote position with potential for performance-based incentives and transition

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
• Ability to qualify prospects using a simple script.
• Proven track record of booking qualified appointments.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners to generate interest in water filtration systems.
• Qualify prospects and confirm interest.
• Book in-home appointments on GoHighLevel calendar and coordinate with sales reps.
• Log all calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow up with leads by phone, SMS, and email to reduce missed opportunities.
• Source and organize homeowner call lists per compliance rules.
• Target homeowners in San Antonio and surrounding areas.
• Schedule mainly in-home appointments with potential virtual quotes.
• Meet daily call and appointment targets set by the client.
