Job summary

My Amazon Guy is hiring a remote Amazon Specialist to manage PPC, SEO & Copy, design, and catalog merchandising. You will conduct keyword research, optimize listings, and troubleshoot catalog issues while maintaining high-quality deliverables for client accounts.

The role requires experience with Amazon Seller Central, flat-file uploads, and strong organizational and analytical skills. Work hours follow EST, with opportunities for professional development and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of experience in Amazon merchandising and/or troubleshooting.
Knowledgeable in uploading Amazon listings using manual/flat files.
Familiarity with suppressed listings and account health management.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Must be computer-literate and proficient with Amazon Seller Central.
Experience handling 1–2 client calls or accounts.

Responsibilities

Ensure assigned accounts are actively managed with timely updates.
Perform catalog merchandising and troubleshooting with manual uploads and flat files.
Conduct ongoing keyword optimization and competitor analysis; adjust listings as needed.
Produce competitor and keyword research, and SEO tasks per Amazon policies.
Identify project roadblocks and report to Brand Manager or team members.
Take accountability for tasks and ad-hoc duties.
