Hunt St is seeking a Philippines-based AI Video Editor & Performance Creative Specialist to craft 30-60 second ads for Meta platforms. You’ll blend founder footage with AI-generated B-roll, motion graphics and overlays to produce engaging, brand-aligned short-form videos.

Ideal candidates bring proven experience in paid social video editing, strong understanding of hooks and pacing, and a portfolio showcasing AI and real footage integration. Remote, contractor role with AU hours alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience editing short-form marketing videos, particularly paid social media ads.
• Strong understanding of Meta advertising creatives and what makes video ads engaging.
• Hands-on experience using AI video generation tools to create B-roll or other assets.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with motion graphics, animated text and transitions.
• Strong storytelling skills with pacing, hooks and audience retention.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality short-form video ads combining real footage, AI visuals and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and incorporate feedback.

Responsibilities

• Edit 30-60 second video advertisements for Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
• Combine founder footage with AI-generated B-roll to support messaging.
• Create eye-catching graphic overlays, text animations, transitions and motion graphics.
• Use dynamic editing techniques to maintain viewer attention with faster cuts and varied visuals.
• Source or generate AI visuals that feel natural and aligned with the ad message.
• Apply marketing principles: hooks, storytelling and clear calls to action.
• Provide creative input on video concepts, visual approaches and engagement strategies.
• Ensure all videos align with the brand's messaging and visual identity.
• Deliver completed videos and revisions within agreed project timelines.
