Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Experience building AI- or data-heavy products. You don't need to be an ML expert, but you understand model behavior, failures, and production readiness.
• Comfortable working hands-on with engineers: writing specs, running experiments, and iterating on feedback.
• Able to operate at both strategic and detailed levels.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Set AI product direction for the core platform.
• Decide what to automate and where humans should stay in control.
• Make complex payroll, compliance, and payments data usable through AI.
• Turn real problems into concrete product decisions across workflows.
• Own trade-offs between speed, accuracy, and trust in AI-driven workflows.
• Ship, test, and scale with engineering from early stages to production-ready features.
