Job summary

BJAK is hiring an applied AI engineer to build AI-native systems for its AI Finance Agent. The role focuses on turning manual workflows into scalable AI-driven processes and integrating LLMs with internal data, APIs and knowledge bases.

You will work with product and engineering teams to ensure outputs are useful, safe and reliable while prototyping and shipping practical AI solutions for fintech operations.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering foundation with practical AI experience.
• Experience building AI-native workflows and integrations.
• Understanding of evaluating AI outputs and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents and automation systems.
• Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims and payments.
• Work with product and engineering teams to turn manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
• Build integrations with LLMs, APIs and knowledge bases.
• Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows for reliability.
• Prototype quickly, test with users, then productionize.
