Trusting Social in Taguig, Philippines seeks a seasoned Product Manager to own end-to-end consumer lending and credit card products. You will drive strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans while coordinating with Risk, Finance, Engineering, and Partnerships to deliver high-impact offerings.

Leverage AI to accelerate analysis, documentation, and roadmap communication, and ensure scalable, compliant launches in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in financial products.
• Deep familiarity with Philippine banking regulations (BSP) and consumer lending frameworks.
• Experience building financial models, P&L structures, and unit economics from scratch.
• Background in fintech, digital banking, or credit-driven consumer products; startup or high-growth tech background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for credit card and lending products.
• Translate market opportunities into a prioritized product backlog.
• Define pricing, fees, and rewards grounded in data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with Risk, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and partners to deliver on schedule.
• Apply AI to accelerate analysis, documentation, and roadmap communication.
