Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Conversation Quality Analyst (AI Training) to evaluate AI-generated dialogues for naturalness, tone, and usefulness. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexibility to work 10–40 hours per week and to set your own schedule.

You will read conversations, rate them, and provide structured feedback to improve AI communication with users worldwide. No AI or linguistics background is required; a sharp eye for quality and strong communication instincts are key.

Qualifications

• Strong reading comprehension and a natural feel for how conversations should flow.
• Able to assess dialogue quality objectively and explain your reasoning clearly.
• Detail-oriented and consistent — you apply the same standards across large volumes of work.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations across a wide range of topics and contexts
• Rate responses for naturalness, tone, helpfulness, and conversational flow
• Identify awkward phrasing, off-topic replies, logical errors, or responses that feel robotic
• Compare multiple conversation paths and rank them by overall quality
• Provide structured, detailed feedback using evaluation rubrics and rating tools
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
