Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc. is hiring AI Conversation Evaluators to work remotely. In this role, you will participate in unscripted conversations with an AI bot and assess quality across tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, and clarity.

Competenze

• Proficient in spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
• Ability to identify subtle differences in tone, accent, and fluency.
• Willingness to participate in ~20-minute conversations.
• Experience in customer service or QA is a plus but not required.
