Formación

• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++
• Strong problem solving and debugging abilities
• Able to read, write, and reason about code clearly
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and problem domains
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities
• Compare and rank AI solutions based on engineering quality
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
