Job summary

Bush Law Group is seeking an experienced AI Automation Expert to integrate AI tools into our law firm's workflows, streamline processes, automate reporting, and identify cost-saving opportunities. You will connect AI tools to SharePoint, Excel files, and Microsoft 365, automate communications via SMS/WhatsApp, and build automated reports and dashboards while protecting confidential client information.

You will work remotely as a contract/freelance professional, with opportunities for ongoing

Qualifications

Proven experience building AI automations in real-world business environments.
Hands-on experience with Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

Integrate personal and firm email accounts with AI-powered assistants.
Set up SMS and WhatsApp messaging automation.
Connect AI tools to SharePoint, Excel files, and Microsoft 365.
Integrate accounting platforms with AI tools for financial analysis and reporting.
Explore integrations with SmartAdvocate for efficient case lookups.
Build automated reports and dashboards.
Develop AI-powered solutions to identify expenses and recommend cost-effective alternatives.
Ensure secure integrations and protect confidential firm and client information.
