Total Shape is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our affiliate partnerships. This fully remote role focuses on developing, recruiting, onboarding, and optimizing our affiliate program to drive traffic and conversions.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and reporting systems.

Qualifications
