Job summary

Breakthrough is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising accounts for PT and chiropractic practice clients. You will play a crucial role in our performance marketing strategy, working directly with Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads.

Your responsibilities will include diagnosing ad performance issues, creating ad creatives, and communicating with the Customer Success team. This is a fully remote position in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Facebook and/or Google Ads accounts.
• Proven track record of maintaining and improving KPIs in paid campaigns.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer Facebook and Google ad accounts proactively.
• Produce regular optimisation reports for key client accounts.
