Job summary

MRI Software is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable specialist in Manila to support Australian clients via email and perform high-volume processing across MRI platforms.

You will complete orientation, shadow experienced staff, and contribute to month-end close, vendor setup, and reconciliations while maintaining accuracy and pace in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Australian financial processing experience desirable.
• College graduate in Accounting.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Accuracy when processing large volumes of data.
• Ability to work with speed and precision, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Fast and accurate typing skills are essential.
• Previous experience in the property industry and/or working on any MRI platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process up to 4000 AP invoices monthly across MRI platforms (MRI Property Management X, Nexus Payables, myBuildings).
• Link invoices to purchase orders and handle exception processing; header and line item entry with GL coding.
• Verify header data from OCR and correct discrepancies; attach invoice images.
• Perform journal entries and GL budget entries; assist with end-of-month reporting and reconciliations.
• Set up new leases, buildings and vendors across platforms; support ad-hoc tasks.
