Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience handling multiple clients in accounting/finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business recommended.
• Strong in advisory conversations and financial interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients regularly to review financials and provide advisory insights.
• Explain financial statements, job costing, cash flow, and performance metrics for decision-making.
• Identify bottlenecks like AR issues and guide clients to solutions.
• Oversee bookkeeping and accounting in QuickBooks with reconciliations and compliance.
