Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience supporting business owners or senior executives with proactive administrative management.
• Strong visual design capability with hands-on skill in 3D home rendering tools or modern design software.
• Proficiency using AI tools to summarize information, simplify workflows, and generate visual media.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills for professional business calls and written correspondence.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Filter, prioritize, and manage high-volume executive email correspondence.
• Track and organize operational records, payroll documentation, and insurance policies for vehicles, properties, and workers.
• Prepare project contracts and build spreadsheets for project pricing.
• Handle occasional phone inquiries from business stakeholders with professional communication.
• Provide administrative organization and task prioritization support to leadership and operations management.
• Create visual marketing ads, banners, and residential 3D renderings using design software and AI tools.
