Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, a global leader in power and sensing semiconductor solutions, is seeking a Reliability Test Engineer in the Philippines to perform electrical testing for reliability qualifications and support failure analysis on customer units.

You will generate pre-stress and post-stress data, coordinate with engineering and production teams, and contribute to continual improvement of test methods to ensure product quality and reliability across our semiconductor portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience operating automated test equipment (ATE).
• Strong ability in analog and digital circuit analysis and bench testing.
• Familiarity with statistical tools and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing for reliability qualifications and monitor lots, including pre-stress and post-stress tests.
• Coordinate with Reliability Planner, Production, and Engineering for support and alignment of schedules.
• Generate and submit test data and drift reports for approval; document and upload results to ETQ.
• Contribute to meeting KPIs and drive continuous improvement through test process optimization.
