Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Product Reliability Engineer to define and execute reliability stress test plans for new products and revisions.

You will lead root cause analysis of qualification failures and drive corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods. The role requires deep knowledge of automotive and high-reliability standards, experience with life-test equipment, and proficiency in data analysis with Python or MATLAB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Reliability or Test/Product Engineering in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience with automotive/high-reliability standards (AEC-Q100/101, JEDEC).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute qualification plans, reliability evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Perform reliability calculations such as MTTF/MTBF/FIT and failure rate modeling.
• Lead structured problem-solving teams using eight sigma or 8D methodologies.
• Communicate qualification requirements across a cross-functional environment.
• Identify and plan for application-specific mission profiles.
• Support internal/external customers with reliability inquiries and improvements.
