Job summary

STMicroelectronics Laguna, Philippines, is seeking an experienced REL Monitoring Lead to join our reliability lab. You will oversee the REL monitoring team, ensure the reliability process flow, evaluate hold lots or line issues, and prepare loading plans and reports.

The role requires a background in science or engineering, at least 3 years in a reliability lab, knowledge of semiconductor assembly and REL machines, and proficiency in MS Office. Shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Background in science or engineering with related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling related tasks in a reliability lab.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes.
• Knowledge on different REL machines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the REL monitoring team.
• Know and understand the reliability process flow, including REL monitoring, evaluation of hold lots or line issues, and qualification lots.
• Load and unload different REL machines.
• Perform legwork assigned without supervision.
• Train colleagues on basic REL machine operation.
• Prepare and provide reports.
• Communicate with internal customers.
• Prepare loading plans.
• Prepare reports for Qual, RTC, and Eval.
