OceanaGold is seeking a qualified Engineer—Maintenance (Reliability—Mechanical) to design, develop, test, and oversee the maintenance of mechanical systems ensuring asset health and safety. You will apply mechanics, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics principles to improve efficiency and reliability across operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in the metal & mining industry
• Experience in Asset reliability environment
• Professional Driver’s Licence

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and oversee maintenance of mechanical systems to improve asset health
• Investigate failures and communicate solutions
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to maximize safety and reliability
• Conduct life cycle analysis of equipment to determine useful life
• Provide engineering design support to production, maintenance and project teams
• Perform risk assessments for mining operations
