Responsibilities

• Present accounts to approving body when required.
• Screen loan applicants referred by branches and analyze creditworthiness.
• Prepare Credit Memoranda and CRAMs.
• Conduct financial analysis and credit packaging.
• Visit client plants to verify business operations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Collections, and other sectors on problematic accounts.
• Address queries and requests from borrowers.
• Attend ExCom and Loan COMM meetings to present recommendations.

• Manages existing loan portfolio and markets for new loan accounts Makes credit evaluations and prepared credit memoranda for approval Presents accounts to approving body
• Screens loan applicants referred by branches by evaluating and analyzing credit worthiness of these accounts.
• Recommends for approval credit worthy clients.
• Prepares Credit Recommendation and Approval Memorandum (CRAM).
• Conducts financial analysis/credit packaging.
• Conducts plant visits to check on how the business of the client is doing.
• Monitors financial condition/viability of the accounts being handled.
• Performs remedial management on potentially problematic accounts.
• Updates Center/Sector Head on performance of accounts being handled.
• Coordinates with Legal Management Services Sector and Collection, Assets Recovery and Disposal Sector on handling of problematic accounts
• Answers queries, complaints, or requests from borrowing clients.
• Attends to ExCom and Loan COMM as needed to present recommendations
