The Relationship Manager is responsible for day‑to‑day account management and administration, portfolio mix design, portfolio management, client servicing and the profitability of the simple and moderate accounts and funds assigned to them.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review, monitor, manage and administer all servicing requirements of assigned accounts following policies and guidelines for the proper and efficient management and administration.
• Deliver volume budget.
• Generate additional funds from presently managed accounts/funds.
• Assist in business development activities to generate new accounts for Trust via referrals.
• Supervise the work of the Account Officer Assistants.
• Implement and ensure compliance with internal/external audit policies and guidelines covering the accounts under management.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in Business or related field.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in account management handling trust products.
• Certification from Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines is preferred.
• Very good written and oral communication skills.
